Academic Coordinator with responsibility for Disadvantaged Pupils ¦ Required to start as soon as possible ¦ Permanent, term time only +5 days, 36:40 hours per week, 8:30am- 4:30pm ¦ Grade 5 (24-29) actual salary per annum £19,075- £22,540

The Governors of Blessed John Henry Newman RC College are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate individual to the role of Academic Coordinator with responsibility for Disadvantaged Pupils. The successful candidate will work as part of the Achievement Team to strive to advantage Disadvantaged Pupils in their academic success and pastoral provision. The role will include planning and implementing agreed achievement and pastoral interventions with groups of/ individual pupils, both in and outside of the classroom. The post will also involve analysing, monitoring and producing progress, behaviour and attendance data and raising awareness of the issues facing these pupils.
