ASSOCIATE DEPUTY HEADTEACHER - BEHAVIOUR

(Proposed Leadership Spine points L19 to L23, £65,735 to £74,497 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience and expertise of successful candidate)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspiring individual to the role of Associate Deputy Headteacher. The successful candidate should be well qualified, with the vision and energy to engage and empower young people and colleagues alike.

Governors are looking for an inspirational leader, with a proven track record in Senior Leadership, who:

• has commitment to develop and support Catholic education

• has vision, drive and enthusiasm to help shape the future of the college

• has experience in raising standards of provision

• has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

• has the ambition to lead their own school as headteacher in the near future

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Headteacher in strategically leading and managing the college and will have shared responsibility for the overall effectiveness in providing the highest quality of education for all its students. The successful candidate will be expected to lead staff in continuing to raise standards.
