Year 7 Virtual Form Tutor Evening

Dear Parent/ Carer,
Year 7 ‘Virtual’ Form Tutor Evening - Wednesday 29th September 2021
I am writing to inform you that we will be holding a Year 7 Virtual Form Tutor Evening on Wednesday 29th September from 3.45 to 7.00pm. This will be an opportunity for you to meet your child’s Form Tutor and find out how they are settling in and would ask that your child joins you.
The booking system can be accessed through the Parent Portal on the college website and will be open from Monday 20th September to 12 noon on Wednesday 29th September.
Appointments can be made from 3.45pm with the last available appointment at 6.54pm.
Your appointment will last for six-minutes and during that time, Form Tutors will have their camera and microphone on and therefore please can we insist that you do the same. If you are late for your allotted time you can still join the appointment, however, it will end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended. The video will begin to countdown from the start of the appointment (you will see a countdown at the top of the page). Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis. You will not be able to log on and see a Form Tutor without an appointment.
Please note that appointments must not be recorded as it is illegal to do so.
