Internal Exclusion Centre (IEC) Manager

Grade 5 Point 18-23 

ACTUAL Salary: £27,456 - £29,978 

36.40 hours per week , Permanent, Term time plus 5 additional days (INSET)  

Mon-Fri 8:30am – 4.30pm, 40-minute break 

Required: As soon as possible 


We are looking to appoint an Internal Exclusion Centre Manager to ensure that student behaviour and learning are managed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a positive impact on the academic and social progress of students who may need alternative provision to their normal curriculum for short periods of time.  

 

The Internal Exclusion Centre Manager will be someone with enthusiasm, organisation and authority, able to motivate and inspire children.  You will be self-motivated as well as being able to work as part of a team. The IEC Manager will be the sole supervisor of the IEC and therefore must be confident and comfortable with working alone and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
