We are seeking a dedicated, organised and compassionate Pastoral Co‑ordinator to join our team in a large, vibrant secondary school.
As a key member of the pastoral team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, personal development and behaviour of our students. Working closely with Heads of Year, teaching staff and external agencies, you will help ensure every young person feels safe, supported and able to succeed.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Is empathetic, calm under pressure and able to build trust with young people
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Can work collaboratively as part of a busy, supportive team
Understands the challenges faced by young people in secondary education
Has experience in a pastoral, youth work or educational setting (desirable)
